We have experience carrying out inspections and providing reports, subsequently being appointed as single experts and single joint experts.

The proposed works may fall under the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996. The building owner is required to serve the relevant notices on the adjoining owner, ensuring the affected neighbouring properties are given the required notice periods and relevant information.

A Schedule of Condition is a documented record of condition at the time of inspection. The document is normally reflected upon at the end of an interim or terminal lease and ahead of proposed works you or your neighbour propose to undertake. We recommend a Schedule of Condition is peovided at the beginning of a new lease or when new works are undertaken close to neighbouring properties to record and document the condition before works commence.
